Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new drops, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping across the UK.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.

Estimated delivery:

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their country.

Delays

ELCD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Courier issues
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping information
• High-volume periods or unforeseen circumstances

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, ELCD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly for further assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded.
